All completed designs and files will be delivered electronically via email or through your client portal. Once your project is finalized, you’ll receive a download link or attached files in your selected format. Turnaround time may vary depending on the service selected and when all required information (such as photos, text, or brand details) is submitted by the client. Most projects are completed within 2-10 business days (depending on service) after receiving all content. Delays in sending content may result in a longer delivery time.
Due to the nature of digital design work, Chico Graphic Designs does not offer refunds once a project has been started or delivered. Each design is custom-created, and time is invested into every order from the moment it is placed. For this reason, all sales are final.
However, in the rare case that Chico Graphics must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.
It is essential that clients carefully read and understand all design contracts and service agreements in their entirety, as they outline important refund policies, timelines, and expectations. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
